Physi­cians rate Janssen, Mer­ck and No­vo Nordisk best for cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence in US — sur­vey

Phar­ma com­pa­nies are a sol­id “good” cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence for doc­tors, but there’s al­so room for im­prove­ment. That’s ac­cord­ing to the lat­est da­ta and in­sights from In­de­gene’s DT Con­sult­ing first US health­care provider cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence sur­vey.

The US health­care pro­fes­sion­als ranked phar­ma in­ter­ac­tions across mea­sures of trust, rel­e­vance and sim­plic­i­ty, with the over­all score com­ing in at 64, con­sid­ered “good” on DT Con­sult­ing’s 100-point scale. A hand­ful of com­pa­nies, how­ev­er, ranked high­er, get­ting close to the 76 score need­ed to be con­sid­ered ex­cel­lent. John­son & John­son phar­ma di­vi­sion Janssen ranked high­est among phar­mas in the US with a score of 72, fol­lowed by Mer­ck at 71 and No­vo Nordisk with a score of 70.
