Physicians rate Janssen, Merck and Novo Nordisk best for customer experience in US — survey
Pharma companies are a solid “good” customer experience for doctors, but there’s also room for improvement. That’s according to the latest data and insights from Indegene’s DT Consulting first US healthcare provider customer experience survey.
The US healthcare professionals ranked pharma interactions across measures of trust, relevance and simplicity, with the overall score coming in at 64, considered “good” on DT Consulting’s 100-point scale. A handful of companies, however, ranked higher, getting close to the 76 score needed to be considered excellent. Johnson & Johnson pharma division Janssen ranked highest among pharmas in the US with a score of 72, followed by Merck at 71 and Novo Nordisk with a score of 70.
