Q&A: Franco Stevanto leads family business through pandemic, IPO and onto the global stage
As the US government continues to dump money into vial and packaging manufacturing, Italian vial manufacturer Stevanato Group has taken full advantage.
It broke ground in October on a $145 million manufacturing site in Fishers, IN to bring its operations closer to US customers, building a 370,000 square-foot site that will reduce the time it takes for drugs to get to market. Then at the start of the month, the group announced that it will get $95 million from the Department of Defense to expand its standard and EZ-Fill vial capacity to prepare for future pandemic preparedness.
