And the for­mer HHS as­sis­tant sec­re­tary is al­ly­ing him­self with a crew that al­so in­cludes a promi­nent sci­en­tist and suc­cess­ful drug de­vel­op­er in the fight against Covid — and an­oth­er in­sid­er to some of the high-pro­file dra­ma that played out in­side the Belt­way un­der Trump.
