Achieve Life Sci­ences rais­es $124M, de­tails plans for NDA: The com­pa­ny plans to sub­mit its smok­ing ces­sa­tion treat­ment to the FDA in the first half of 2025. It brought in mon­ey from Pro­pel Bio Part­ners, Nan­ta­ha­la Cap­i­tal and Sophar­ma, among oth­ers. Per the di­rect of­fer­ing and pri­vate place­ment, Achieve gets $60 mil­lion up­front and $64.2 mil­lion up­on cer­tain mile­stones.
