Genen­tech notch­es ‘steady progress’ on lat­est di­ver­si­ty and in­clu­sion re­port card

Roche’s Genen­tech is keep­ing it­self in check when it comes to di­ver­si­ty and in­clu­sion, with its now third an­nu­al re­port pub­lished on its way to ful­fill­ing com­mit­ments by 2025.

The good news? Genen­tech reached its high­est lev­el of Black and His­pan­ic rep­re­sen­ta­tion among lead­er­ship to date, and it in­creased the size of its health eq­ui­ty in clin­i­cal tri­als and re­search work with three city sites were added for a to­tal of sev­en, along with sev­en more ther­a­peu­tic ar­eas.
