Daniel O’Day is build­ing his team at Gilead, and he’s just made a big hire for the head of com­mer­cial op­er­a­tions, woo­ing Bris­tol-My­ers vet Jo­han­na Merci­er to the com­pa­ny. The move leaves Lau­ra Hamill, EVP of world­wide com­mer­cial ops, out of the pic­ture.
