Merck KGaA's French affiliate indicted over investigation into reformulation case
Last March, the top court in France ordered Germany-based Merck KGaA to pay out more than $3.6 million to more than 3,000 people to settle a long-running dispute over the reformulation of its hypothyroidism drug.
As of today, that ongoing judicial investigation has been heightened. Merck KGaA spokesperson Constance de Quinsonas confirmed to Endpoints News via email that a judge in Marseille “has decided to indict Merck’s French affiliate,” adding:
