Reg­u­lus Ther­a­peu­tics’ PhI da­ta and $100M raise: The com­pa­ny’s stock $RGLS jumped about 93% on Tues­day morn­ing af­ter it an­nounced pos­i­tive topline da­ta for its ex­per­i­men­tal treat­ment for au­to­so­mal dom­i­nant poly­cys­tic kid­ney dis­ease.
