Passage Bio loses two execs in one week as CFO, CMO pack their bags amid 'changing needs'
Passage Bio’s C-suite is down two execs, as CMO Gary Romano abruptly hit the exit just four days after CFO Richard Morris handed in his own resignation letter.
Last Friday, Morris told Passage he’s leaving at the end of the month to pursue other opportunities, according to an SEC filing. A company spokesperson declined to say where he’s headed next. But in the filing, Passage specified that Morris’ leave was “not the result of any disagreement regarding any matter relating to the Company’s operations, financial statements, internal controls, auditors, policies, or practices.”
