Pas­sage Bio los­es two ex­ecs in one week as CFO, CMO pack their bags amid 'chang­ing need­s'

Pas­sage Bio’s C-suite is down two ex­ecs, as CMO Gary Ro­mano abrupt­ly hit the ex­it just four days af­ter CFO Richard Mor­ris hand­ed in his own res­ig­na­tion let­ter.

Last Fri­day, Mor­ris told Pas­sage he’s leav­ing at the end of the month to pur­sue oth­er op­por­tu­ni­ties, ac­cord­ing to an SEC fil­ing. A com­pa­ny spokesper­son de­clined to say where he’s head­ed next. But in the fil­ing, Pas­sage spec­i­fied that Mor­ris’ leave was “not the re­sult of any dis­agree­ment re­gard­ing any mat­ter re­lat­ing to the Com­pa­ny’s op­er­a­tions, fi­nan­cial state­ments, in­ter­nal con­trols, au­di­tors, poli­cies, or prac­tices.”
